The power of the world of warcraft warlocks guide
In Wow lore the warlocks are descendants of Mages that in a twist of fate switched to more darker and demonic practices. There is a lot to learn about this class, and this world of warcraft guide will merely skim the surface but hopefully enough to assess if this is a class you would like to play in WoW.
Having the casting spell abilities of Mages, warlocks can also inflict major pain and damage over time, also referred as DOT. They do this using curses that act slow but slowly inflict damage. This is what gives them a bad reputation for being master “debuffers” or characters who bestow spells on players that are not exactly beneficial.
As well as being master debuffers they also have the ability to summon demons they can enslave and use as minions. So as Hunters use pets, they too have side kicks that can either help them in close combat or ranged combat.
Warlocks are fun to play and level up but not the easiest class to learn fast. There is a lot of casting abilities to learn and use effectively using split timing decisions to deploy properly. To that you need to add the extra responsibility of controlling your demon. However master it and it becomes a class that is a joy to play allowing you to dominate PvP arenas. They possess use stamina and Crowd Control powers that are equal to that to a Mage can Tank also thanks to specialized minions. All this allows them to tackle and render any adversary totally ineffective.
And if you like to power level fast, their multi targeting abilities scores them the best experience per hour rate in the game, making them scale up the level faster than most if not all classes.
As said this world of warcraft warlock guide merely skims the surface. There are more features that are very appealing if you thought of rolling out a warlock, such as their ability to drain souls which they turn to Soul Shards in order to summon or enslave minions as well as telporting fellow members to the location they are at that particular time.
What makes this class so appealing is that they have such a great range of abilities that you can pick from. This gives them great versatility and suit a plethora of playing styles. In fact, there are entire on line communities that only concentrate on warlocks scattered in all corners of the internet.
